  2. Reserving Prospects. Business rules insure that only unreserved accounts appear in the available list. An available account list is sourced from your CRM system or can created by you and maintained within EcoSoft 2.5
  3. Reservation Requests. If the customer account is available for assignment, the user selects the account and the specific campaign (if applicable) they want to reserve.
  4. Completing Documentation. Other info required to complete the reservation request (projected completion date of the engagement, the channel company account manager and the partner company contact for this engagement) are also entered.
  5. Confirming Reservation Request. Once this info is gathered an email workflow through EcoSoft 2.5 channel management software is triggered to the Partner Account Manger to confirm the account reservation.
  6. Registration Notification. The reservation request also appears in the Partner Account Manager
    My Approvals screen. Once the account manager approves the request it’s reserved.
  7. Performance Control. A key benefit of EcoSoft 2.5 are the tools to measure partner performance, including time limits, for each approved account or campaign registration. Accounts can easily be identified to be reassigned for non-performance.
